About Tina Bernstein
Hi. I’m Tina, a professional property finder, designer and London expert.
After graduating from Central Saint Martins (CSM) with BA honours in graphic design, I spent many years working as a freelance designer and creative business consultant.
My own experiences in renting, buying and renovating numerous properties led me to become a professional property finder over 10 years ago.
I’m passionate about properties, but foremost about ‘a home’ being our sanctuary; a place to cosy up, wind down and press ‘pause’ on the ever-increasing pace of modern life. A lot of people have low expectations when it comes to renting or buying a London property (mostly due to ‘having been told’ that their price budget cannot get them anything better). I aim high and make sure my clients do too.
I thrive on finding just the right property for every brief and manage to find the needle in the haystack when it comes to spotting the best investments. Fluent in German, English, and Italian, with good conversational skills in French, I’m fortunate to work with many international clients.
If you’re after interior design services, do ask me. I work closely with an architect.
After living in London for over 35 years I consider myself an expert of this great city. I love sharing my knowledge with my Home Finding clients but recently have started offering a more affordable ‘pick my brain’ service for people who are seeking anything from practical help to lifestyle choices.
