What to expect
A free consultation
I offer a completely informal free chat, either on the phone, over Skype or in person. It’s important I understand your requirements. I’ll ask a lot of questions and we’ll talk about your wishes and desires, preference of locations and budget for either renting or buying a property.
I’m always happy to give advice on locations, type of property or investment queries.
This is really to get a first impression of each other. I like to make sure I fully understand your requirements and expectations and for you to see whether I’m the right person to find your ideal property.
Finding your property
Once you instruct me I start the search.
Having taken a comprehensive brief I now go to find your ideal property, whether that’s for renting or buying. This involves working with all local agents and my large network of contacts.
I go and visit all relevant and suitable properties and end up with a shortlist of the best for the brief. Now it’s time to set a date and time to meet up and do our viewings.
If it is for renting, the whole process of viewing takes ONE DAY. Once you decide on your chosen property, your job is done. I then take care of the rest. It’s really the only time you need to meet with me. Next time we meet is when you move into your new home.
If you’re relocating and renting as a family, you will need a London address before you can register your child/children for schools. With my quick process you’ll have an address within 48 hours which then allows you to concentrate on finding schools.
If it is for buying, the whole process of viewing can equally just take a day. Sometimes it’s a couple of days. I search for as long as it takes to find you the ideal property but often it’s not long before I find what you’re looking for.

What’s next? I will now deal with the entire process. First off is to secure the property. I negotiate the best price on your behalf, whether that’s for renting or buying. Once the property is secure and off the market I then proceed liaising with all parties involved.
For renting it’s the estate agents and sometimes the landlord.
For buying it’s estate agents, surveyors, solicitors, mortgage lenders and anyone else involved in the buying process.
This is the time where I speed things up quite a bit and keep everyone on their toes. A deal is not a deal until papers have been signed. We’ve all heard those horror stories of undercutting and gazumping. Not on my watch! I make sure the whole process is smooth, efficient and without hick ups until it’s done!
I’m known for getting people into their new rented homes within 48-72 hours, even on Christmas Eve.
I’ve also wrapped up sales from initial offer to completion within three weeks.
