You come to us with a totally blank page, or a very specific request, or anything in between. After an initial discussion, we’ll use our expertise to craft this into a fully-honed, realistic but customised brief.

We look, we find, we shortlist, only curating the best and most suitable properties. We take you out for viewings. This is the fun part, where, potentially, you will fall in love with a home. Our job at colourliving is to ignite that fire, make sparks fly and deliver, every single time!

If love conquers the day, we move swiftly towards the finishing line, using our skills as connectors, consultants, designers and negotiators. We only wave goodbye once you have completed on a purchase or moved into a rented home.

We cover all of central london with as far as highgate (north), wapping (east), wimbledon (south) and ealing (west).
